Terms and Conditions For Payment

  • An Advance deposit(non-refundable) is required for booking the trip for one person per tour
  • Subject to the successful payment of the advance, the client will recieve confirmation for the trip either in writing or by way of email with the trip details. It is to be also noted that the client has agreed to book their trip only after satisfactorily recieving all the required info related to their trip as well as after reading all the Terms and Conditions as well as Cancellation Terms related to the trip
  • Remaining trip payment to be made maximum within 45 days before departure, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the individual's trip and forfeiture of the amount paid till date
  • If in case the client agrees to use The Travel Brewery's complimentary visa application guidance, it is expressly understood that The Travel Brewery or anyone connected to Travel Brewery does not take any responsibility or guarantee of visa approval, this remains solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy
  • It is expressly understood that a client takes full responsibility for his or her actions and agrees to follow the rule of the law, in case of any wrong doing on his or her's part, Travel Brewery or its related parties will not be responsible and will not be able to help out the concerned person
  • A more detailed list of T&C will be shared with clients closer to a guided or customised trip, here it is understood that the client will be in agreement of those T&C as well

Cancellation Policy

  • The Travel Brewery (registered name: Le Pension Travels) holds the right to determine the amount of refund value in case of cancellation and any amendment. The following is the standard policy of cancellation:
  • Cancellation Notice given less than 45 days but more than 30 days of departure - 50% of the total trip fare is charged from the client
  • Cancellation Notice given between 30-21 days from Departure -75% of the total trip fare is charged from the client
  • Cancellation Notice given less than 21 days from departure 100% of the total trip fare is charged from the client
  • The refund process can take up to 45 working days to be successfully processed
  • There will be no refund for under utilized services unless and until an alternate understanding has been established
  • The above Terms and Conditions as well as cancellation policies are subject to change without notice
